"About 30 minutes late but this was due to a mix up with my phone number, and pick-up location. The driver himself was great, drove safely, and helpful with my luggage. My issue was with the confirmation and the support line. There seems to be a disconnect between the drivers and the support team. I’m willing to try this service again but would like to see smoother communication behind the scenes."
